Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is handled by the pharmacy. Here is how it works.
1. Who Handles Cancellation
Lowpill is a price-comparison platform. Cancellation is processed by the pharmacy where you placed the order — not by Lowpill.
2. When You Can Cancel
- Before the pharmacy dispatches your order — usually possible without questions.
- After dispatch but before delivery — depends on the pharmacy's policy.
- After delivery — generally not possible (medicines have safety restrictions on returns).
- Same-day deliveries have a very short cancellation window (often under 30 minutes).
3. How to Cancel
- Step 1: Open the pharmacy app or website where you placed the order.
- Step 2: Go to Orders > Active orders.
- Step 3: Use the in-app Cancel button if available.
- Step 4: If not available, contact pharmacy customer support immediately.
- Step 5: Save the cancellation confirmation (email or in-app).
4. Refund After Cancellation
- Refund is processed by the pharmacy.
- Razorpay or the pharmacy's payment processor returns funds to the original method.
- Bank: 5–10 business days.
- UPI / wallet: 24–72 hours.
- Lowpill does not hold payment funds.
5. If Cancellation Fails
- Contact the pharmacy's customer support first.
- If unresolved, raise a grievance with help@lowpill.com.
- We will provide referral logs and connect you with the partner.
- National Consumer Helpline: 1915 (free).
