2. How to Complain — Step by Step

Step 2: We respond
- Acknowledgment within 24 hours.
- Resolution offer within 30 days maximum.

Step 3: If unsatisfied
- National Consumer Helpline: 1915 (toll-free, free legal aid).
- File with the Consumer Redressal Commission (free).
- State Commission: for complaints under ₹1 crore.
- National Commission: for complaints over ₹1 crore.
- Civil court for matters above forum jurisdiction.
