3. Delivery Timeline

  • Same day — usually 2–4 hours (Apollo, select areas).
  • Next day — usually 24 hours (1mg, PharmEasy).
  • Standard — 2–3 days (some medicines).
  • Varies by pharmacy and location.
  • Check with the pharmacy for exact time.
  • Delays may occur (weather, logistics).
  • Express delivery is available on some pharmacies.
  • Not guaranteed — estimate only.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Varies by pharmacy.
  • Often free on orders above a threshold.
  • Some pharmacies charge a delivery fee.
  • Check with the pharmacy before purchasing.
  • Lowpill does not charge for delivery.
  • Delivery is included in the pharmacy price.
  • No additional Lowpill fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • NOT through Lowpill.
  • Real-time tracking is available.

  • Lowpill cannot track orders.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Package not received — contact the pharmacy.
  • Damage in transit — contact the pharmacy.
